I really cannot say enough about how awful this experience was. Standing in line to get dinner, there was a rug that smelled like old urine. I am a smoker and the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming. Only giving it a one because it was free. It is on the water so a night walk was pleasant. There is a coffee maker in the room BONUS right>? NOPE.I opened it to check inside for cleanliness and there was water left over from a previous guest, it was a weird gray brown color and stunk. The carpet was FILTHY, furniture dated and the bathroom, well.I refused to shower there. We went to our room ready to relax after a long day of driving and exploring but instead we immediately started checking for bugs. We were only booked for one night, as it was a stop through on our way back to Vegas from the Grand Canyon. The staff member that greeted us was very friendly but that was the only good thing about this experience. None of which was met! We arrived in the early evening and checked in at the front desk.
